Richard Charpentier has over 35 years of extensive bakery experience in snacks and breads, he is a French baker, a Master Baker, CMB (certified master baker), bakery scientist, grain miller, and Food Historian with a love and passion for baking and snacking, in both the artisanal and commercial fields. Richard spent years heading R&D for large CPG brands, and understands trends in both baking and snacking.
At Baking-Innovation, we focus on bringing the passion for quality and help you design new prototypes and create new snacking items for the ever changing market.
